Manuela Mercurio, together with Vincenzo, was the creator of the Pas Logos project, to which she has been fully dedicated, following a long preparatory phase begun in 2005, since 2006. Prior to the founding of Pas Logos, Manuela completed humanistic studies at the liceo classico (secondary school) in her home town in Puglia (Foggia), then expanding and increasing her linguistic and cultural training at the Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori at the University of Bologna (Forlė campus), where she completed a translation degree in March 2004. Various work experiences followed as an interpreter and translator, as well as an MA in conference interpreting during the first semester of 2006 at the IULM University of Milan, right when the Pas Logos project moved from the development phase to its realisation. Her great passion for foreign languages and cultures and for linguistic-cultural mediation between different countries and worlds emerged during her university studies and grew over the course of numerous trips and prolonged stays abroad. Her interests, together with work experiences from during and after her university studies, led her to specialise in the legal, economic and financial fields as well as the technical industries, including electronics, information technology and automation. Over her years working in the agency she has paired constant linguistic updating with continuous fiscal and management training, alongside training in the computer field, studying the industry's main CAT tools as well as much of the major graphic design and logistical software used in the business context. Today she works primarily from the Forlė offices, traveling occasionally to meet clients of the Puglia offices and other parts of Italy.

Michela Berardinelli became part of the Pas Logos family in 2010 after close collaboration with Manuela Mercurio as a freelance translator and interpreter. With a humanistic background thanks to her secondary school studies in her home town, Michela dedicated herself to language study from secondary school, when she also participated in intercultural exchanges abroad. Her choice of the Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori in Forlė was thus a natural step for her educational development and path of personal growth. She earned her degree there with full marks in 2004, together with her study partner Manuela. Simultaneous to her degree, she worked as a project manager at a well-known agency in Brescia, where she relocated immediately in order to learn the secrets of the trade. At the end of 2005, wanting to develop a specialisation, Michela decided to take a turn in her career and dedicate herself to working for two years at an industrial equipment company where she flanked technicians and agents in the study and development of new projects for the foreign office, coordinating communications with France, Germany, England, the United States and China. In this way, she strengthened her technical and terminological expertise in the industry of mechanics, renewable energy and metallurgy. At the end of 2007, Michela decided to dedicate herself fully to translation, and as a freelance translator worked with great satisfaction on projects in the automotive, mechanic, business and legal industries as well as in publishing and advertising, also increasingly expanding and perfecting her information technology expertise in the management of various formats and the major CAT Tools. Since 2010, she has worked full-time at the Pas Logos Brescia branch, occasionally working in the other offices and managing relations with suppliers and partners in Lombardy.
